Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases made by a minor must be authorized by the parent, guardian, or payment-card owner. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, protect your password, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you do not have permission to use.

3. Uploaded content and photos

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant Style Vision AI a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide requested AI features, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You must own your uploaded content or have permission to use it. Do not upload another person's image without their permission. If a photo shows a minor, you must be the minor's parent or legal guardian or have authorization from the minor's parent or legal guardian.

4. AI-generated results

AI outfit suggestions and visualizations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or unsuitable for a particular occasion. Results are provided for styling inspiration and may not reflect exact fit, sizing, color, fabric, or real-world appearance. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use a result.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any law or another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or harmful material;
• generate or distribute deceptive impersonations or content without required consent;
• interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service's security or usage limits; or
• use automated methods to access the Service except where we have expressly allowed it.

6. Free visualizations, purchases, and credits

Eligible new accounts receive two complimentary AI look visualizations. After those are used, one-time packs currently provide either five visualization credits for $5 USD or ten visualization credits for $15 USD. One-time packs do not renew. Style Vision Pro is a $9.99 USD monthly subscription that removes the 12-item wardrobe limit, includes access to the interactive Digital Style Board, and provides ten visualization credits for each successfully paid subscription month. Prices and included features are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be used only through the account that purchased them.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to the payment provider's applicable terms. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the amount displayed.

Style Vision Pro renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date; cancellation does not ordinarily refund a charge that has already completed. Monthly credits are granted only after Stripe confirms payment and do not represent stored cash.

7. Refunds

Unused visualization packs may be refunded when a request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. Duplicate charges, credits not delivered, and unresolved technical failures are eligible for a refund. Once any paid visualization credit from a pack has been used, that purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

To request a refund, email support@stylevisionai.online with the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not email payment-card numbers or passwords.

8. Shopping suggestions and affiliate links

The Service may suggest products that could complement your wardrobe and link to third-party retailers. Some links are affiliate links, which means Style Vision AI may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing your price. Retailers control their own listings, prices, availability, delivery, returns, and privacy practices. A suggestion is not a guarantee or endorsement of a particular product or seller.

9. Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve legitimately purchased, unused credits or provide an appropriate remedy if the Service is permanently discontinued.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Style Vision AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Style Vision AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service or another person is at risk, or the law requires it. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. You and Style Vision AI agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Arbitration shall take place in the State of New York.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
